The petitioner has come before this Court questioning the order passed by the Dakshina Kannada District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mangaluru and also seeking a direction to pass an order on IA No. II. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17813 WP No. 12394 of 2022 3. This writ petition is filed in the year 2022 and the matter has only came up for hearing on 24.06.2022, when notice was issued. Thereafter, the matter is listed today. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When an order is passed by the Dakshina Kannada District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mangaluru, the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy and therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following; ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. ii.
