At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the facts of the case and the evidence recorded in the case in hand are almost similar to the ones in Kamal Singh Versus The Partners, M/s Universal Electric Engineers and another2. That findings drawn by the learned Labour Court are similar to the ones returned in Kamal Singh2, save and except the name of 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? 2 contractor, i.e. respondent No.1. Learned counsel fairly submits that this writ petition is squarely covered against the petitioner by the said judgment.
