Feeling aggrieved, petitioner has preferred this writ petition. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the facts of the case and the evidence recorded in the case in hand are almost similar to the ones in Kamal Singh Versus The Partners, M/s Universal Electric Engineers and another2.
