The instant application has been filed pursuant to the leave granted by this Court vide the order dated 01.12.2025 passed in the accompanying contempt application. 3. It is the opinion of this Court that the opposite parties in the instant application are necessary for the purpose of an effective compliance of the order dated 05.04.2024 passed in WP(C)No.2455/2023. Accordingly, the opposite parties herein are impleaded as respondent/contemnor Nos.3 and 4 to the accompanying contempt application. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and the Registry shall on the basis of the fresh memo of parties along with the instant order make the necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying contempt petition and update the same in the CIS. 5.
