Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, patta for the subject property originally stood in his name and the same was wrongly cancelled and hence, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent and the same is pending in Na.Ka.No.A5/6540/2018. 4.Mr.C.Deepak, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the proceedings pending on the file of the first respondent will be disposed of within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court. 5.In the light of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.22985 of 2026 the petition mentioned proceedings within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 2 and 3 and other interested parties, if any. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
