According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent, the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner's son, who was in relationship with her and now he is refusing to marry her. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner's son is residing at abroad and therefore, he has no connection whatsoever with his son and he is not aware of his son relationship with the third respondent. 4.
