Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16405 2026 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and that the investigation is in progress. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
