The grievance of the petitioner is that the CCTV footage from the nearby shops have not been recovered. That apart, appropriate Sections have not been invoked by the second respondent. Therefore, the present application has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the FIR has been registered only on 24.07.2026. The police authorities cannot be found fault with for not reporting progress in the investigation. 4. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the second respondent police to recover the CCTV footages from the nearby shops/houses and preserve the same for further investigation.
