The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 11923 of 2026 dated 23.06.2026 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on Every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight(8) weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
