Since the petitioner's land is landlocked, the petitioner made representation before the official respondents for construction of a small bridge across the Odai. The first respondent, on verification of the petitioner's right to access which is available only across the water channel / Odai, has granted permission, however, with certain conditions to put up a small bridge across the said Odai, vide order dated 13.02.2026. However, the respondents 4 & 5 have objected to the commencement of the bridge construction work. Thereby, the petitioner made a representation to the official respondents on 16.07.2026, which remains unconsidered till date.
