When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
