This Intra-Court Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court dated 04.03.2021 in W.P.(MD) No.4747 of 2021. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant had filed the said writ petition challenging the survey conducted by the Revenue Department at the instance of the subsequent purchaser, who has also been impleaded as a party in S.A.(MD).No.1056 of 2009. However, the said writ petition came to be dismissed. Challenging the same, the present Intra-Court Appeal has been filed. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would further submit that, as against the action of the Revenue Officials, the appellant has already obtained an order of interim injunction from this Court in the Second Appeal. 4. In view of the above submission and in view of the interim order already granted by this Court in the Second Appeal, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal. Accordingly, the Intra-Court Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
