Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2026 in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, registered under Sections 103, 238 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, now pending in the court of learned C.J.M, Koderma. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady aged 25 years. He submits that a number of co-accused persons have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.6301 of 2025 vide order dated 04.02.2026 and he has referred to the said order to submit that the post mortem report has been considered, and in the injury was found to be only one bruise, and therefore, the allegation in the FIR was found to be not matching with the post mortem report. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2026 and has never prayed for anticipatory bail. 4. The learned counsel for the State though has opposed the prayer for bail, but the aforesaid submissions are not in dispute. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation made in the FIR and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail after considering the post mortem report as indicated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is 2026:JHHC:11036 2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Koderma in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, on the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be her close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of her Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which she will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court. 6. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions. 7.
