No. 27 of 2022 on the ground that the said petitioner in the election petition has not given any co-operation in conducting the said election petition, which is at the stage of examination of the witnesses. Notice has been duly served upon the respondent and the same has been recorded in the proceeding of this Court on 15-06-2026. Despite service of notice, none appeared on behalf of the said election petitioner. On perusal of the records, this Court finds sufficient ground for allowing the present application.
