According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent, they have received a complaint from the third respondent that A1, who is the son of the petitioners herein had used the G- pay account of the third respondent and sent money to the first petitioner herein and three other accused persons had committed misappropriation. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are unnecessarily harassed by the respondent police in connection with the alleged offence committed by their son. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the first petitioner is arrayed as the fourth accused and the second petitioner is not an accused in the crime number. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17016 of 2026 5. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the respondent police not to harass the second petitioner. As far as the first petitioner is concerned, the respondents are directed to issue summons under the appropriate provisions of the BNSS and proceed in accordance with law. 6.
