CMP(MD) No.11121 of 2026 in WA(MD) No.SR67439 of 2026 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J. and R.SAKTHIVEL, J. This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 17.03.2026 made in W.P(MD)No. 10466 of 2025. 2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that one of the respondent in the writ petition was undergoing treatment for cancer and could not join in the filing of the writ appeal and the other respondent is to gather funds to file the appeals and in that process, there had been a delay of 12 days in filing the writ appeal. Notice had been directed and notice had been served and a counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. 3.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel, who appeared for the respondent, to be printed in the cause list. [C.V.K, J] [R.S.V, J] 17.08.2026 RR
