Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel representing the petitioners submit that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 06.10.2025 passed in CWP No.15709 of 2025, titled, Shri Lucky and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with, so far as the fixation of his pay in terms of the judgment in Mohit Sharma’s case is concerned. However, the consequential benefits emanating therefrom have not been released to the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the needful in terms of the directions contained in the aforementioned judgment shall be done positively within a period of eight weeks from today. 3. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
