Case No. 48/2021 and to allow the applicant to remain on previous bail. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the operation of the Judgment and Order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Kamrup (M), Guwahati in Page No.# 3/3 Sessions (Spl.)
