The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners had appeared before the respondent police and complied with the condition by signing once in a week for 6 number of times from 06.07.2026 onwards. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11207 of 2026 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8290 of 2026 in Crl.RC(MD).No.702 of 2026 dated 22.06.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
