CRL MP(MD). No.16013 of 2026 ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18436 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD)No.1054 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.A. (MD)No.1054 of 2025, on 17.10.2025, directed him to appear before the Thanjavur Taluk Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Subsequently, the said condition has been modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.18436 of 2025, by order dated 28.11.2025. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the said condition.

4. Considering the nature of offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.18436 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1054 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025, is fully relaxed. 06.08.2026 ogy To
