(MD).No.14490 of 2026 in W.P.(MD).No.2464 of 2026) Prayer:This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the fifth respondent from constructing a bus stand or any other permanent structure in the public street in Survey No.431/2 in Naranammalpuram Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and District and consequently direct the respondents to remove the encroachment made in the public street in Survey No.431/2 in Naranammalpuram Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and District. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus restraining the fifth respondent from putting up a construction in Survey No.431 / 2.
