Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., Assam for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, [1] Rashidul Hoque, [2] Sanidul Hoque, [3] Johar Ali, [4] Samsul Hoque, [5] Saukat Ali, [6] Saidur Rahman, [7] Faijnur Hoque and [8] Hussain Ali who are apprehending arrest in connection with the Boko P.S. Case No. 91/2026, registered under Sections 318(2)/79/74/115(2)/3(5) BNS, 2023 of the BNS, 2023. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Goswami, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Boko P.S. Case No. 91/2026, vide Charge- Sheet No. 71/2026, dated 28.04.2026. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the learned Trial Court below for their regular bail in said Boko P.S. Case No. 91/2026. The interim bail, granted to the present petitioners may be extended for another Page No.# 3/3 fifteen (15) days, enabling them to appear before the learned Trial Court below, with a regular bail application.
