Government Pleader. ORDER Heard both sides. 2.The petitioner challenges the impugned Form III notice issued by the second respondent. Admittedly, S.No.413/1 has been classified as a water body. The petitioner does not have any patta over the same. Therefore, we cannot interfere with the impugned Form III notice. The petitioner is said to be a widow. We, therefore, grant eight months time from today ie., 06.08.2026 to the petitioner to vacate. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner files an undertaking affidavit before the second respondent that she would vacate within the said time limit. In default, the benefit of this order would automatically stand recalled. 3.The petitioner is also permitted to submit an application to the first respondent seeking an alternative site.
