The learned Standing Counsel for the first to third respondents submits that the first respondent will pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation dated 05.03.2026 within a period of three months from today. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking given by the learned Standing Counsel for the first to third respondents. Needless to state, the petitioners and any other person who may be affected by the order to be passed on the petitioners' representation shall be heard before the final order is/are passed.
