He was also given notional promotion as Tahsildar. He has submitted a representation dated 08.07.2026, requesting the 2nd respondent to send the pension proposal by including 50% of services rendered by him as Noon Meal Organiser from 01.02.1983 to 30.11.1995. However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for pension by including 50% of services rendered by him as Noon Meal Organiser, prior to the joining of services in the Revenue Department. The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and based on the written instructions provided by the Thasildar, Thoothukudi, submits that the petitioner's request can be considered only if he produces the following documents.
