Both the cases are arising out of the same FIR and in view of that both the cases have been heard together with the consent of the parties. 3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in 2026:JHHC:4821 2 connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No.103 of 2025, for offence registered under section 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and on this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioners. 5. Learned State counsels, appearing in the respective cases, oppose the prayer and submit that allegations are there against all the accused persons of connivedly killing the deceased. 6. In the FIR the allegations are there of threatening by brother of Karan Oraon namely Arjun Oraon, his elder brother and his parents over phone and said that as he sent the police to their house, so the consequences will be bad and pursuant to that, the complaint has been made by the informant and the allegation is there that husband of his younger sister namely Karan Oraon, elder brother of Karan Oraon namely Arjun Oraon, Somraj Oraon and his mother in law Bipati Oraon and father in law Tanuwa Oraon have together killed his son by assaulting him with a sharp cutting weapon and when his mother Bariya Oraon came to know about the incident, she was also strangled to death and hence this is a case of double murder. In paragraph no.7,8,23 and 25 of the case diary other witnesses have supported the prosecution case and in 2026:JHHC:4821 3 paragraph no.58 of the case diary, supervision note of SDPO Lohardaga suggest that the case was found to be true, and in that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and hence prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, is, hereby, rejected and consequently, both the ABAs being A.B.A. No.6437 of 2025 and A.B.A. No.376 of 2026 are, hereby, dismissed.
