JUSTICE ROBIN PHUKAN ORDER 19.02.2026 None appears for the appellant on call. However, Mr. A. Ikbal, learned counsel for the respondents in present. Mr. Ikbal has pointed out that on four previous occasions, i.e., on 26.11.2024, 16.12.2015, 09.06.2014 and 07.04.2014, the appellant remained unrepresented. Mr. Ikbal, further submits that the suit has been filed after a lapse of fifteen years and there is also no merit in this case.
