Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 2 (Court of Additional Commissioner Administration, Division Varanasi Varanasi) to decide the revision no. C202414000004039 of 2024 (Ritika Singh Vs. Rohit Singh and Another) under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time and period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed on behalf of the petitioner arising out of mutation proceeding is pending before respondent no.2, Additional Commissioner (Administration) Varanasi Division Varanasi since 2024. He further placed the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent no.2, Additional Commissioner (Administration) Varanasi Division Varanasi to consider and decide the aforementioned revision in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ranjeet Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
