Also heard Mr. P Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam- respondent No.1 as well as Mr. A Alim Sheikh, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. This is an application under Section 438 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail applicant Nasir Ali. 3. Both sides have agreed that the applicant has already paid the cheque amount of Rs.1,54,814/-. The respondent No.2 has agreed that he has already received the money. For non-payment of Rs.6,000/- the trial court issued NBWA against the present petitioner. Page No.# 3/3 4. The connected Revision Petitioner is still pending for disposal. 5. Considering all these facts, the petitioner Nasir Ali is allowed to go on fresh bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Bilasipara, Dhubri in connection with C.R.
