Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. On 19.8.2026, this Court has noted that cancellation of admission would not entitle the petitioner to claim refund of his fees.
3. So far as return of original documents are concerned, respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have filed an affidavit today which is tendered across the bar.
4. In view of the statement made in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the affidavit that respondent nos. 3 and 4 would return the original documents, we do not find any difficulty in disposing of the petition. The statement that respondent nos. 3 and 4 would return the original documents to the petitioner is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent nos. 3 and 4 for collection the original documents.
