The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 03.01.2026 made in M.C.O.P.No.275 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli. 2.Despite receipt of Court notice, the first respondent has not turned up. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and also perused the records. 4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
