By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned F.I.R. bearing No. 630/2023 dated 16.12.2023, registered at Police ANURADHA TIWARI Digitally signed by ANURADHA TIWARI Date: 2026.04.09 10:23:33 +0530 2 Station Akaltara, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, the charge- sheet has already been filed and the petitioner has been shown as an absconder, and proceedings have been initiated under Section 299 of the CrPC. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge-sheet and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the submission so made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies as may be available under law. 7. Certified copies of the documents annexed to the petition, if any, shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining photocopies thereof on record, subject to deposit of the aforesaid costs.
