The petitioner is before this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India seeking for following reliefs: "a) allow the petition and quash the notice issued by the Respondent herein bearing No.MDA/VK-5B/2026-27 (MaiAPra/VaKa- 5B/2026-2027 dated 07.04.2026 vide Annexure - A; and b) and to grant any such other order/s or relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that, the impugned notice at Annexure - A dated 07.04.2026 is - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24623 WP No. 14712 of 2026 only a show cause notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner approached the respondent with a reply, the same was not received by the respondent. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. Writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit his reply to the show cause notice dated 07.04.2026. 6. The respondent is directed to receive the reply from the petitioner and thereafter consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
