MAYEE Date : 12/01/2026 ORAL ORDER After some submissions, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall make a fresh representation for allotment of Plot No.10A situated in GIDC, Pandesara, Surat in terms of the existing policy of the GIDC. He submits that if such a representation is made, the same may be decided expeditiously since the respondent No.2 has started construction on the same. Considering the submissions, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 2 weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent No.1 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
