(2) Petitioner was engaged through an outsourcing agency as Caretaker in Children’s Home at Haridwar. He was disengaged from service w.e.f. 5.8.2025. Petitioner filed writ petition challenging his disengagement, which was disposed of by permitting him to make representation to the District Probation Officer. Representation made by petitioner is rejected on 30.9.2025, which is under challenge in this writ petition. (3) Perusal of the impugned rejection order reveals that petitioner was negligent towards duties and was in the habit of using indecent language with orphan children residing in Children’s Home; he used to run away from the place where he was assigned duty and there was also allegation that he used to attend his duty in a state of intoxication. There are various other serious allegations against the petitioner. (4) Having regard to the reasons assigned in the impugned order, this Court do not find any scope for interference in the matter. Writ petition thus fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
