Perusal of the impugned notice would go to show that the same is only a show cause notice along with memo of charges. The petitioner instead of submitting a reply to the said show cause notice, has approached this Court challenging the said show cause notice which is not permissible. It is not the case of the petitioner that the impugned show cause notice has been issued by an authority, who has no jurisdiction. 4. Under the circumstances, reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit his reply to the impugned show cause notice vide Annexure-'A' dated 17.03.2026, this petition is disposed of.
