(Oral) Petitioner herein, who at present is working as Assistant Technology Manager at Development Block Nadaun, District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, is aggrieved by office order dated 19.12.2025 (Annexure P-5), whereby she has been transferred from afore station to Development Block Panchruki, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. 2. Though having carefully perused office order dated 19.12.2025 (Annexure P-5), which has been issued by respondent No.5, this Court is of the view that present petition is not maintainable, however, having taken note of the fact that at present petitioner is on maternity leave and in terms of afore transfer order, she is being compelled to join at transferred station, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the same reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation to the competent authority within ten days for her adjustment at a convenient station, which shall be decided by the competent authority within four weeks. Till the disposal of the representation and the expiry of the maternity leave availed by the petitioner, she shall not be compelled to join at the transferred station.
