The only grievance of the petitioner is that online mutation application of the petitioner in Case No.6953 R27/2025-2026 dated 16.09.2025 is still pending and the order has not yet been passed. 3. Counsel for the State submits that if the matter is still pending, the respondents will pass an appropriate order. 4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the respondent No.3-Circle Officer, Kanke to pass an appropriate order in the application filed by the petitioner. 5. It is made clear that the respondent No.3 will give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a detail reasoned order and serve a copy of the same to the petitioner also once the order is passed. 6. It is expected that the if the order has not been passed, the same shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, which should be provided to the petitioner by the respondent No.3. 7.
