The petitioner by way of this Writ Petition challenges the appointment of Respondent No.4 & 5 as Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel and Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel respectively made by Respondent No.2 vide order dated 10.01.2023 (Annexure P/1). 2.
