No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to quash the impugned order as contained in Memo No.2610 dated 15.10.2019, issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Jharkhand (Annexure-4 to the writ petition), whereby he has set up a Committee to inquire into all complaints received about De Nobili School, Sijua, and also to inquire in respect

of all the other various Schools in the District of Dhanbad and Bokaro, run under the name of De Nobili School. 4. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel representing the respondent - State submits that after constitution of the Inquiry Committee, the Committee had already inquired into the alleged irregularity and submitted a report. He further submits that it is not known as to what the report suggests and what action has been taken pursuant to the said report. 5.
Considering the prayer made in the writ petition, wherein only challenge was made to the Order as contained in Memo No.2610 dated 15.10.2019, by which an Inquiry Committee was constituted and since the Inquiry Committee has already submitted its report, I am of the opinion that this writ petition is rendered infructuous. 5.1. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge any subsequent action which the respondents have taken against the petitioner - De Nobili Jealgora Society, Digwadih, pursuant to the said report. 5.2. It is also made clear that the ground which the petitioner has taken in this writ petition can also be taken in the fresh petition while challenging the subsequent action of the respondents. 6. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 16th April, 2026 Prashant. Cp-2 Uploaded on 18.04.2026
