The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the impugned transfer order dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-2), in terms whereof, the petitioner has been transferred from Una, District Una, H.P. to Nalagarh, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:4226 3. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at District Una, H.P. The contention of the petitioner is that besides him having certain medical issues himself, he also has a daughter to look after, who is suffering from 50 % permanent disability. 4. In light of these facts, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner be decided by the competent Authority sympathetically, within a period of three weeks from today, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. 5. Till the representation of the petitioner is not decided, the petitioner shall not be forced to join at Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P. It is clarified that this order shall not come in the way of the private respondent in joining at Una, District Una, H.P.
