The School Education Department has preferred the present intra Court Appeal challenging the writ order dated 01.02.2024 made in W.P.No.2095 of 2024. 2.The Respondent filed the Writ Petition seeking approval for the appointment of Mr.C.Hajee Syed Mohammed in the post of full time night watchman. The writ Court allowed the Writ Petition directing the Appellant authorities to approve the proposal of the respondent School. Thus, the Writ Appeal came to be instituted. As per the G.O.Ms.No.238, School Education Department dated 13.11.2018, one post of watchman came to be sanctioned for the respondent school. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as of now, no watchman has been approved in the respondent school and one post became https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2026:MHC:3262 WA No. 1799 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 vacant due to the retirement of erstwhile watchman Mr.A.Mohammed Usen. 4.In view of the said position, the School submitted a proposal and the proposal was accepted and the appointment of Mr.C.Hajee Syed Mohammed has already been approved to the said post.
