Kaiyum, learned counsel for the petitioner, who, after realising that the representation for consideration of remission/extension in respect of the lease from Kokradanga to Dhubri Launch Ghat (Evening) under Fulerchar Gaon Panchayat, in the district of South Salmara Mankachar, was filed only on 21.04.2026, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh in future, if occasion arises. Mr. S. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, PNRD, is present. Considering that the representation for remission/extension appears to have been filed on 21.04.2026 and that barely 15 days have elapsed since then, the prayer for withdrawal is accepted.
