The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to take suitable action on the recommendation of the Tribunal for Tamil Nadu Local Bodies, Ombudsman dated 21.07.2022. The Ombudsman, vide order dated 21.07.2022 has recommended to take disciplinary action against the second respondent. The petitioner’s grievance is that though the order is dated 27.01.2022, the first respondent has not taken any steps. 3. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not made any representation in this regard.
