In terms of the said representation, the petitioner who is the employee of the respondent-Corporation has sought transfer from BMTC, Bengaluru to NWKRTC, Dharwad. The said representation is not yet considered. 3. The petitioner claims that, his son is differently abled and for this reason he is finding it difficult to work in Bengaluru. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, a similar application under similar circumstance has been favourably considered in favour of some other employee.
