JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to Annexure-H, an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23009/2015 dated 17.06.2015, wherein it is recorded that since the original order passed by the Land Tribunal, Kolar in LRF No.598/1974-75 requires some correction in respect of the survey numbers, the writ petition was disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file necessary application before the Land Tribunal. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-S dated 15.02.2025 after the reconstitution of the Land Tribunal. But, the Assistant Commissioner, who is heading the Land Tribunal has not considered the application filed by the petitioner for correction of the original order. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate was requested to find out whether the Land Tribunal, Kolar was reconstituted. Learned Additional Government Advocate - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8722 WP No. 38221 of 2025 has submitted on instructions that the Land Tribunal has been reconstituted. 3. In the view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent- Assistant Commissioner, Kolar Sub-Division, who heads the Land Tribunal, Kolar, to consider the application filed by the petitioner for correction, in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.23009/2015 dated 17.06.2015 and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
