The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a demand raised by the WBSEDCL dated 16 July 2025. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this application they have also made a representation to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO). 2. On behalf of the WBSEDCL it is submitted that they have filed a compliance report justifying a demand raised for an aggregate amount of Rs.3,33,262/- and security deposit. It is also submitted by the WBSEDCL that no representation has been made before the GRO. 3. In view of the nature of the disputes raised by the petitioner, WPA 15865 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the GRO to consider the representation of the petitioner within four weeks 2 from the date of filing of the same after giving a right of hearing of the parties. 4. It is made clear that there has been no expression on merits of the case and all issues are left open for the GRO to decide in accordance with law and after granting an opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
