1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:

“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 08.12.2025 passed by the District Education Officer, Surajpur. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to restore the DDO (Aharan Vitaran) charge to the petitioner as was previously granted vide order dated 02.03.2023. 10.3 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to appoint any of the petitioners as DDO in the the Govt. Girls School Prem Nagar. 10.4 Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may be also kindly be granted.”

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are working as Lecturers and Teachers in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Premnagar District: Surajpur and Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Premnagar, District Surajpaur. Both the schools are running in the same campus. Respondent No. 2 vide its letter dated 08.12.2025 has directed the respondent No. 4 who is on deputation and posted in Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School, Prem Nagar and given the charge of Drawing and Disbursing Authority. It is contention of counsel for the petitioners that once the respondent No. 4 is working on deputation in his school run by the society and therefore, both the School i.e. Girls Highers Secondary School and Boys Higher Secondary School, any of the petitioner ought to have been given the powers of Drawing and Disbursing of the amount. Aggrieved with which petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 2, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the same, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3 / 3
3. Counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer. However, he submits that the order is passed by the respondent No. 2 and petitioners have not submitted any representation before the higher authority. 4. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation before the Joint Director and direction be issued to the concerned authority also to consider and take decision on the same. 5.
On due consideration of submissions counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the Joint Director and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authority and respondent No. 2 shall consider and take decision on the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
