This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioners, namely- (1) Jahangir Alom and (2) Wazid Guzzar have prayed for releasing them on bail as they were facing trial in Sessions Case No.23(S-S)/2026 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sivasagar. 3. The victim is yet to be examined. 4. Let the trial court examine her first. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again.
