No. 27 of 2022 and its connected cases including the El.Recr.Pet. No. 20 of 2022 The applicant No. 1 submitted that notice has been duly served upon the said respondent No. 2 in the El.Pet. No. 27 of 2022 and in proof of service of such notice, affidavit has been filed and the same is found on record. Despite service of notice, none appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2 in the El.Pet. No. 27 of 2022.
