Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the cause title reflected in the order is H.P. State Forest Corporation versus Lal Singh (Deceased) through LRs, whereas, the respondent in the case was Chattar Singh. He prays that the necessary correction be ordered to be carried out in the final order. Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the memo of parties of the appeal as there indeed is a typographical error in the order, this application is disposed of with the direction that the Registry shall correct the cause title in the final order dated 03.10.2023 and thereafter a fresh order be uploaded on the website.
